Hair Styling: Age 4 and Under $25
Hair Styling: Age 5-13 $40(Extra-long/thick hair may be charged additional $10 or at adult pricing for hair)
Makeup Application: Age 5-13 $25-$35
Children only allowed in service area while receiving services.
Parent must be present during services to provide supervision.
-Contracted Customer is responsible to pay any parking fees/valet fees to each artist in cash on day of services
– $25 fee per artist for start time on or before 5am
-A change in the set start time for the day of services must be discussed AND approved 24hrs prior to service time. If client is not ready at start time, a $10 charge per 15 minutes late will be charged for each artist. Artist will only be obligated to wait for 30min after given start time. After extended time Artist will not be responsible of completing service. Customer will still be responsible for remaining balance of Contract.
– All deposit money paid by client will be refunded if contract is cancelled within three (3) days of contract signing. After the three day grace period, should a client cancel the booked event or any service on a contract, the deposit will not be refunded or transferred. If makeup artist cancels at any time or be unable to perform her duties for any reason, the deposit paid will be fully refunded by within two (2) weeks.
-All Customers are required to have Air dried hair at start of hair service. If Artist must blow dry hair before starting design, a $15 charge will be added to remaining balance.
Terms & Conditions
Contracts are taken on a first come first served basis and requested dates/times are booked when receipt of both a signed contract and a minimum $100 deposit is received for a contract balance of $500 or less; $250 Deposit is received for a contract balance of $1000 or less; 50% Deposit is received for contracts $1000 or more.
Remaining Balances are collected immediately after services are completed. Method of payment must be Cash, Check, Venmo, or any credit/debit card (tax/fee will apply) ONLY.
Checks can be made out to Bridal Art Studio. Please know, we cannot guarantee a specific artist to your contract. Artists are assigned based on availability for trial runs and wedding date. We do schedule the same artist for your wedding day and your trial run/bridal portrait unless requested or agreed upon otherwise between the bride and Bridal Art Studio or for in case of an emergency on the wedding day. We will assign only Senior Artists. All artists are trained in the same techniques which ensure that no matter who you are assigned, you will get the same level of service.
Artist cannot guarantee or be held accountable for any allergic reactions, or any complications from the makeup or the application. Clients can provide their own makeup for sensitive skin. We use prestigious brands but doesn’t guarantee no reactions.
